We work to process orders 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.Orders will be shipped on regular business days (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, EST), excluding Federal holidays. Seasonal delays may apply.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a question about your order.

Coyote Moon is not responsible for delays in shipping, or for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, or up to 12 business days in rare circumstances. 

International shipping is not available at this time. 

FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP

Customers may opt to pick up their online orders in person at Coyote Moon, during normal store hours. We are located at 54 Main Street in Belfast, Maine. 

We will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up, typically within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5PM on Friday or during the weekend will not be available until the next regular business day. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns requested after 7 days of the item’s original delivery date will not be accepted.
